NOTE: The group discounted packages are not applicable to the special rate of USD1600 per delegate for the registration of industry/private sector.
Your ticket will include:

- All food and refreshments during the conference sessions (excludes evening meals)

Please note that by registering as a delegate you agree to the terms and conditions set by Clarion Events Ltd. You may substitute delegates at any time by providing Clarion Events with reasonable notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours of receipt of the completed registration form will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations received in writing more than two months prior to the start of the event will be refunded less a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations received in writing less than two months before the start date of the event will receive no refund and registrants will be liable for payment of 100% of the invoiced amount. This is to a) protect the integrity of the event b) insure that all free places are allocated to guests that are intent on attending the event and c) to cover the allocated venue and catering cost that will be assigned to that particular delegate one month out from the event.
