Q. I am a speaker – how do I register?
Speakers (for presentations, panels and round tables) will be automatically registered for the event by Clarion Events – you do not need to register yourself.

Q. Can I buy one pass and share it between two people over both days?
Tickets are non transferable.
Q. Can I register for one day of the Conference only?
No, unfortunately we do not sell one day passes.
Q. Can I register to attend the Conference for one presentation only?
It is not possible to register to attend the Conference for one presentation only.
Q. I have been offered a discount on the Conference fee and would like to claim it.

Q. Do you have a partner/spouse program?
We do not have a partner/spouse program.
Q. How do I cancel my registration?
Cancellations made within 48 hours of receipt of the completed registration form will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations received in writing more than one month prior to the start of the event will be refunded less a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations received in writing less than one month before the start date of the event will receive no refund and registrants will be liable for payment of 100% of the invoiced amount. A substitute delegate can be named at any time before the programme begins and no fees will be applied for this.
Q. I haven’t received my badge/acknowledgement of registration.
We are not mailing out badges in advance. Your badge will be waiting for you at UDT Asia Registration. Simply bring along your business card in exchange for your badge. Successful registrations should receive a confirmation email. If you have not received this email, please contact us for details at asiadelegate@clarionevents.com or + 44 207 384 7808.

We do not rent out the attendee list.

Clarion Events are committed to protect your personal information which is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy which can be found at www.clarionevents.com.
We may use the information you give us for the following purposes:
- to register you with our website and to administer our website services.
- to provide you with services and information that you have requested about Clarion events (e.g. information about events that you have requested).
- for assessment and analysis (e.g. market, customer, information and product analysis) to enable us to review, develop and improve the services which we offer and to enable us to provide you with information about Clarion events which we believe will closely match your preferences.
- Our events may use your information to make decisions about you using computerised technology, for example using automatically selecting services which we think will interest you from the information we have.

Disclosure of Your Information
We may give information about you to the following (who may use it for the same purposes as set out above):
- To our partners and third parties that collaborate with us for an event for which you registered.
- Agents and third parties who fulfil any other services on Clarion's behalf (e.g. to administer payments for purchases, despatch tickets and information etc).
- To other delegates (only where you are attending in a professional capacity, e.g. business related events) where it is expected that attendees will have access to a list of attendees and their organisation but not the actual contact details.
- To other organisations for the administration of prize draws, competitions or promotions.
- To anyone to whom we transfer or may transfer our rights and duties with you (for example a sale of the business or the sale of a particular event).
- To carefully selected third parties who rent Clarion lists for marketing purposes.
- If we have a duty to do so or if the law allows us to do so.
In carrying out the activities specified in this privacy policy, we may transfer data to reputable companies outside the European Economic Area. We take steps to ensure that your information will be afforded the same level of protection as that required of us under applicable UK data protection legislation.
